View case studiesHughes & Associates (HAPS) have contracted with Mears Group to deliver the surveying, programming and delivery of all fire doors in the Milton Keynes residential portfolio totalling circa14,000 fire doors.
All fire doors are inspected using Eyecomply’s hand held surveying software to maintain consistency and accuracy of data. All ‘before’ and ‘after’ remediation photographs are instantly sent to the cloud based server and any materials ordered or used accounted for and costed is captured. All this data can be viewed by HAPS and Mears Group in real time back at the office.
Contracting
Mears Group can view the survey and agree and sign off authority to proceed for remediation works or replacement doors. Once signed off our contracting division takes control of the process and remediate or replace door sets based on photographs and survey data held on EyeComply.
On completion the fire doors are then certificated by one of our FDIS accredited surveyors and the project is closed down on EyeComply as a certified and validated fire door.
